To celebrate our 2 year podcast-versary and 100th episode, I wanted to do something a little different and take time to celebrate and honor some of the amazing women that have inspired me in both my professional work and my personal life.
Enter Sheri, Alexia, and Trecia. I’ve come to know them over the past few years as a part of our Foundational Journey community, and where they now also serve as mentors to others. I invited them to join me for this podcast episode because they epitomize the kind of transformation that’s possible when we learn to work with our own biology to heal.
In this episode they openly share their journeys, the shifts they’ve experienced, and the insights they’ve gained, as they’ve learned to create a very different relationship with their own bodies.
I’m grateful they joined me to share their inspiring stories and deep insights on the power of somatic work, parts work, and working with your nervous system.
