Hello, I’m Becky, a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (FNLP), Manual Therapist (LMT, IMT trained), and a Biology of Trauma Advanced Practitioner: Mastery Level. I partner and journey with individuals struggling with chronic health issues, working with clients and their medical team to uncover root health problems by looking through the lens of trauma, attachment, neurodevelopment, nutrition, lifestyle practices, and manual therapy. I have supported clients for the past 11 years including parents who care for chronically ill or special needs children and have spent the last year working as a health coach for Dr. Aimie Apigian with Trauma Healing Accelerated. I’m currently helping to support the development of the Biology of Trauma Advanced Professional Training with THA, and support clients part-time through my own practice (The Integrated Body).

Katherine is an occupational therapist, Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, functional health coach and Level 1 Certified Biology of Trauma Professional. Her passion to always look for the root causes of physical disease in adults and behavior difficulties in children led her on a path of discovery resulting in becoming an expert in nervous system regulation. She also works to address biochemical imbalances in the body caused by stress and trauma, balance minerals and detox heavy metals from the body through a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis test. All of these imbalances can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses such as autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, etc. and other diseases. Learning how to manage stress and regulate her nervous system along with addressing mineral and biochemical imbalances have been a game-changer in her own healing journey from chronic emotional trauma.
Katherine’s faith was also an integral part of her healing journey as she learned to let go and developed a deeper faith and trust in God to lead her to follow His will – which ultimately led her to this work!
