I help primarily women of all ages who are struggling with emotional and mental issues of stress and overwhelm and/or those also having physical symptoms of illness or disease to discover the underlying causes and bring the body back to its optimum state of wellness. By combining my functional medicine health coaching, trauma recovery coaching and Biology of Trauma knowledge, I help women heal with a holistic approach addressing all areas. We work to identify underlying causes of any physical symptoms that can be due to either lifestyle stressors in the environment or unresolved trauma the client may or may not be aware of that has now manifested itself as symptoms of an illness. Emotional, relational and psychological difficulties are addressed through exploring and discovering the reasons for any imbalances and teaching the client how to balance and regulate her nervous system in order to better manage her mental health. Multiple tools and techniques are incorporated including somatic (body) work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping), emotion code work, craniosacral therapy (if in person), lab assessments to determine vitamin/mineral/nutrient deficiencies, suggested supplements to help correct biochemical imbalances and developing a lifestyle protocol to also address nutrition, sleep and movement. All of this work is done from a faith-based perspective as well as I am a faithful Catholic Christian, God has been instrumental in my healing and my goal is to be His instrument of healing to others.
