I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this hormonal podcast. I’ve been in and out of total crash ( sometimes bedridden)for the better part of 7 years. My quality of life has been almost non existent because I’m so biologically fragile and have so little energy. For 4 years I’ve seen an integrated medical professional for balancing my hormones bioidentically and with supplements but I still continued to rapidly decline. I did the 21 day journey in September, had a health coaching session in November, did the all parts of me course in December and I have no words for how big a difference I feel already. The health coaching made some small changes to my supplements until I can have more tests done, but already what a difference. After so many years of being so physically sick and having regular doctors saying I’m fine, you have given me a road to recovery. I’m so grateful.
