Services:

I help midlife women realign new relationships with food and eating and gain the calm and confidence they desire to age gracefully.

I create customized wellness roadmaps that address nervous system imbalances, calming the gut and mind, and letting go of restrictive dieting.
My practice combines traditional science with holistic (self-awareness, somatic regulation, mindfulness) to help clients feel more connected, fully alive, and well balanced.

My programs bloomed out of a personal journey to heal my own chronic stress, overwhelm, fatigue, and disordered eating.

My processes encourage embracing food as a powerful tool for change, and reframing current challenges as opportunities for expansion.
