I serve people who have been in chronic freeze from long term stress in the nervous system. I provide specially designed sessions with orienting to the nervous system, processing cycles of resilience and trauma in the body, providing education and tracking activation, deactivation and release. I teach people skills for recognizing and releasing old constrictions in their body and nervous system. We always end with social connection and a re-orientation to the present.
