I teach and demonstrate personalized practices to self-regulate and also hold space for trauma resolution and somatic release through 1:1 Somatic Experiencing sessions. I help my clients process the dense and intense emotions that keep them stuck in anxiety, resistance and freeze. I also teach them how to take care of the biological and nutrition aspects of activating and sustaining parasympathetic healing mode long-term.
