I help individuals, mostly women, who are struggling with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and low energy get sustainable results without the use of drugs or surgery so they can get back to fully enjoying their life. I facilitate the ordering of functional lab testing for my clients that look into the areas of hormones, immune system, digestion, detoxification, energy production, and the nervous system in order to locate where there are burdens and stressors within their bodies. Based on the results, I form a personalized protocol for them to follow. Through coaching sessions and our time working together, I provide the necessary support and accountability needed to guide my clients into lifestyle and behavior changes that will increase in health in all areas of their lives.
